Indian Residential Schools - Resolution Health Support Program
The Indian Residential Schools Program was launched at the recommendation of the Treaty 7 Elders Coordinators committee (formed in March of 2006). Our program ensures that eligible former IRS students, and their immediate family member(s) and/or support person(s), have access to an appropriate level of mental wellness support services. We also ensure that eligible former IRS students can safely address a broad spectrum of mental wellness issues related to the disclosure of childhood abuse(s).
